Bill Clanton
Bill is a Senior Mortgage Specialist and managing partner of the State Street Mortgage DeKalb, Cook, Lake, Winnebago, Boone, Ogle and Lee County area office. Bill resides in Sycamore with two lovely daughters & one active son. Bill brings many life experiences to the customers of State Street Mortgage. In addition to Bill's expertise in the mortgage market, his past employment experiences include seven (7) years of law enforcement ( www.FOP.org & www.AFSCME.org) and two (2) years as a judicially appointed Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) investigating and advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children. When not in the office, Bill can be spotted on his Harley Davidson Road King Classic, bouncing between AYSO soccer fields on game days, visiting the mountains, rain forest and beaches of Central America, riding roller coasters or occasionally jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

Brad Phillips
Brad is a Senior Mortgage Specialist and managing partner of the State Street Mortgage Yorkville and Kendall, Kane, Dupage, Will County area office. Brad resides in Oswego, Illinois with his wife and three daughters.
Brad brings a long history of business achievements that center around the common theme of financing and customer service. In addition to Brad's expertise in the mortgage market, he is a licensed investment advisor and insurance agent with employment experience as a financial officer and insurance agent for Country Companies; vice president & manager for several area mortgage lenders; stockbroker for Blinder Robinson; accounting supervisor for First Florida Bank; and accounting clerk/crew chief while enlisted in the United States Air Force.
When not in a business suit, Brad can be found at builder material auctions buying supplies for rehabing his current foreclosure property, wearing a Sponge Bob Tshirt while at the go-cart track with his daughters, riding roller coasters, piloting an ultra light or occasionally jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

Ed Stanaker
Ed Stanaker is a Mortgage Specialist based out of State Street Mortgage’s Yorkville and Kendall County area office. Ed and his wife are frequently visited in their Ottawa, Illinois home by their four children and three grandchildren.
Ed has over 25 years of sales and finance experience following his duel Masters degrees in Biology and Retail Management obtained while attending Southern Illinois University. Ed’s past accomplishments include being recognized as the 1984 Joliet Illinois Man of the Year and in 1983 being the first coach in 51 years to take an Illinois Little League baseball team into the Little League World Series.
Ed combines his “lifetime” of experience and his natural reassuring demeanor into a positive mortgage experience for all his customers … with a majority of these customers calling Ed their ‘friend’ after the mortgage loan is completed.
When not in the office Ed is an avid golfer, a year-round fisherman with his sons and close friends, and an expert avoider of loose gravel and seasonal salt while driving his beloved candy apple red 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL "whacked" convertible.

Mark Vickroy
Mark is State Street Mortgage's Senior Loan Coordinator ensuring all State Street Mortgage borrowers recieve the highest quality service during the mortgage process. Mark resides in Newark, Illinois with his son while his daughter attends Quincy University.
Mark is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in Music Education. A teaching position in Plano, IL brought him to the area 25 years ago. Since his teaching days, Mark has embarked on a successful career in finance and sales. Mark has built his large and loyal base of satisfied customers by utilizing his skills as a teacher in conveying and implementing sound financial information and personalized financing solutions.
When not in the office Mark stays busy as the Choir Director of the Plano Methodist Church and as an avid golfer where he is regularly out-driven off the tee by his son.
